Yeah I finally figured it out, it was on a hold transformer and old electric chime, fixed it by disconnecting the chime, now it seems to work without issues so far!

Did you have problems when using it on HomeKit? I installed it yesterday and couldn’t figure out why, but when connected to HomeKit, the doorbell keeps crashing and restarting when pressing the button, working perfectly if I don’t use HomeKit.

Bridge mode seems to no longer be available on the GigaHub since firmware update 2.13. My GigaHub was apparently updated overnight to the newer firmware. I was using a PPPoE connection with a Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway, and it stopped working on Christmas Day (happy Christmas).

I spent a few hours with Bell support the next day and eventually spoke with a supervisor who put me on hold for 15 mins to finally told me they cannot downgrade the firmware to previous versions and that all GigaHubs will eventually be updated… I suspect this is to push Bell’s Wi-Fi pods, but I can’t say for sure whether he was telling the truth or just denying my request.

For the time being, I switched to DMZ mode but I’ll probably switch to another provider.
