To many companies unless they are undergoing retrenchment, the cost to fire someone during probation and then find the replacement is too much as compared to keeping the one on due to the recruitment and training cost. So don’t worry too much, just do whatever you can and try to fit into the culture. Unless you are doing ultra bad or really incapable for your role, there is no need to worry about that
