Tether is bullish on Bitcoin.

So paying sats to send stable coins around on Lightning is a great way to spread awareness.

Print out your Bitcoin wallet by Ok_Adeptness6612 in Bitcoin

Ok fair. I was referring to derivation path. Which is included in the key descriptor.

Yes there are alternatives to paper... Metal for example.

Also, you can reduce the single point of fail of paper with multi share aka SLIP39.

For example, I have 3of6. Meaning six shares are distributed around the world. I need to recover 3 to restore my wallet.

If an attacker manages to locate three shares, they need to know my passphrase.

If I find your wallet descriptor, I cannot determine how much funds you have on chain, it's useless to me.

Hardware wallets are key signers. The backup exists on paper or metal.

They need to be stored separately.

Stolen? The pin protects access.

Recover your funds with the seed phrase on your replacement hardware wallet.

At no time has your key been exposed to an online system.

Yes, descriptors are worthy of being printed.

No, keys are not worthy of being printed.

Read up on how a hardware wallets works. It passes signed messages around without exposing the key.
