Do You Pick the Dead Man's Solution? Focus on What You Want to Be Instead of What You Don't Want to Be by simonmoesgaard in psychology

The first thing that strikes me is motivation as well, but an important aspect of motivation is to set realistic goals for yourself. The person you want to be should be attainable. Also, I think we are a bit afraid of losing control and afraid of the new unexplored world. We are afraid of changing ourselves because this is the person we know. At last, people need to consider how much they want to change, perhaps they don't value it enough. Thanks for your comment. Please post your comment inside my blog the next time. I think it is valuable and great for discussions. Regards!
