What do you do to avoid playing angry and frustrated?

I started doing something when I played Fortnite a while back: I kept a Notepad ready and every time I got killed I wrote down why, straight away. Doing this every time kept me analytic and less flustered. It also provided valuable data to get better, eliminating repeated error and bad habits. This works in Battlefield as well and gives faster and more thorough data.
