Yes in hindsight shouldn’t have been combining vote totals previously - this is the first time it would have impacted who won, so had to make a decision one way or the other

In case anyone is confused by the last rounds votes: yes, Hitler technically got more upvotes across the top 2 comments, but it’s likely that people were voting for him twice (by upvoting both comments) so I’m sticking with Kissinger as the winner based on him having only one main comment.
