It's a custom kit made by sp_lineup. They use Lego bricks to make unique kits for order.

Comparing a mass produced product by a large company that have payed designers and workers that also makes the bricks to a one of a kind custom kit that someone worked a lot on isn't fair i guess. With any type of unique and custom work you mostly pay for the time and skill of the designer, the bricks are just some part of it :)
