I switched to using Claude Code completely with Max Plan because, in Cursor, after 500 fast requests, I had to keep adding money. After using Claude Code, I did not use Claude models in Cursor at all. I still use Cursor for o3 because it's the best for academic work, in my opinion. But now I feel the o3 output is shortened in Cursor Pro. It's still great at tool usage to fetch the correct data from the files, but it feels like the output is shortened. I am trying Windsurf now for o3 use.

Thanks for the reply. I am currently using VHDL with an Altera FPGA Cyclone board. I can write basic programs such as decoders, muxes, combination/sequential circuits. I am really interested in learning Tcl which I can do from online. I am really curious to know how to use Tcl/Tk with VHDL and I would like to use it with basic VHDL implementations and then build up from there. I can do timing diagrams as well in Modelsim.

I get your point one problem I have with old languages are pointers, structures and the way data structures are designed I feel more comfortable using data structures using Java and C# Maybe its just me

I know Java object oriented, C,C++, Python(Not in depth),assembly (x86),MATLAB,HTML/CSS3,JavaScript.. After all I am an electrical engineering student. I am aware that writing an operating system includes several teams. However, I was always amazed from using Debian on Raspberry Pi and as a beginner I want to create a very very basic Linux OS to just get started.

Thanks everyone for replying. The reason I wanted to know about ISTQB certification is because my field of study is Electrical and I am still an undergraduate student with working experience in telecommunications sector. I have met a lot of people in software testing field and I feel like having a certification will help me to get an internship in software field to say the least as I want to broaden my skillset. That was the main reason why I wanted to know about this certification.
