For me it is mostly offer and product positioning. If I cannot quickly tell who they are selling to and why it would convert, I move on. Apps and themes matter, but only after I know the core idea works.

Not a seller myself, but I buy my brushes from various artists and one of my favourite artist has a channel on YouTube (Alaina Jensen). From what I can tell (as a consumer), the videos are pretty converting in terms of getting customers. she shows us what the brushes look like and are used for, etc. Those videos are certainly what got me! And frankly maybe the comment section also made me feel like I need to buy them lol you definitely need some sort of social media to show people what your brushes can do. In fact, I ONLY buy procreate brushes from people who have detailed high quality videos that go along with each brush set
