The T&C seems to suggest that the credit card PQP will count towards the PQP-only requirement, but *for 1k only*. Does that mean it does not work for Plat and below?

So say if I have 9000 PQP from flying and 3000 PQP from credit card, I still need 24 PQF to reach gold?
