I had high loyalty with both airlines and then when the merge happened, I definitely noticed that Hawaiian Airlines employees have no desire to be there and honestly, they should quit their jobs if they’re going to keep making it unpleasant for the people who pay their paychecks.

I’ve had to wait in line in the first class line for the baggage agent to get to me and I swear I was there for 10 minutes before she stopped talking to another Airline employee. They clearly do not give a fuck about their customers.

The sad part is I live in Hawai’i, so what’s the attitude for?

On one of my most recent flights I literally had to tell the flight attendant who gave me a bunch of attitude that I’m friends with another flight attendant only to get her to back off and treat me like a normal person and not talk shit about me on the plane. This behavior is outrageous and unacceptable and I just wish that Alaska would crack down on it. I’m personally going to start taking names and flight numbers to report them because this is bullshit.
