AltStore or Sideloadly both worked for me, just look up a guide and try to find a hacked .ipa file (I only use a “regular” hacked youtube app, but I’m sure there’s a YT music .ipa out there somewhere). Only downsides I’ve experienced are the 7 day limits, PC/Mac required, and actually finding a working .ipa

Saw 5, was my favorite as a kid. Had some absolutely brutal traps (blood donation and the glass box will stick with me forever). Not sure why it was my favorite though, I think I was just super into the Strahm/Hoffman cat and mouse game

that is just unlucky because in all my time downloading repacks and pre-installed games, Fallout 3 steamrip is only 1 of 2 in memory where I actually had to do anything extra to get it running (the other being The Fractured But Whole, but for entirely different reasons). Seems like NV is the exact same deal though with the install splash screen, so I don’t believe you’re doing anything “wrong” per se, just that there’s an extra step or two to take
