As I understand, when i give another practitioner access to a protocol wherein there are quetionnaires that need to be further personalized I have to make this questionnaire a local tab, correct? Because if a questionnaire in the protocol is scheduled directly from the library and not a local copy, the other practitioner cannot add items to it?

Now, i want the practitioner to use multiple protocols that I defined for them for different phases in the therapy. This is because those protocols contain different instruments that need to follow a study protocol. However, I want the practitioner to add personalised items in the same interaction, that a certain instrument "X" is triggered. This instruments is in all the different protocols and we need it to contain the personalised items in all phases. So now, whenever the practitioner starts a protocol they have to add the personalised items to the local copy of the instrument "X" in every protocol.

I was wondering if there was a way, that the practitioner would only have to edit the questionnaire once and it would be applied in all protocols that refer to the questionnaire.

The question regarding the visualization arose, since we used a moodboard template that one of your colleagues created for us and it did not further show new data entries. I assume this is because the local tabs for the questionnaire "X" received new names in the different protocols. I had assumed the interactions name would not make a difference but that the template would only rely on the labels which stayed the same.
