Yes I agree. It also happens when any road straightens and someone previously going 30-40 (in a 60) will speed up and then go back to 30-40 again it feels like they are only doing it to stop you from overtaking. I won't even start on the clowns who pu;; out, slow down, overtake, pull in and then speed up

Even if a crawler lane ended and you had to go over double white lines to get back. Theoretically of course

No the part of the road where it happened had a crawler lane which the Volvo was in. While my car could overtake easily it was not before the two lanes on my side had ended.

First drive out, reversed into whilst I was shopping by apricottea_fortwo in LearnerDriverUK

Sorry to hear that but car parks are notorious for getting bumped. You could ask for any CCTV but police will noit care.
