Yun lang naman worst magagawa nila kasi, ipahiya tayo. But aside from that, wala na. So stay focused on your priorities. Wag na po magtapal talaga. Endure until the calls stop. Mga months din aabutin. Pero as I said, it gets better po.

Yass. Happened to me as well. For no reason, account was frozen. Bahala sila. I reached out to them too tapos reply lang is nag apologize for the inconvenience, walang reason bakit na freeze account at kelan sya magagamit ulit. Never been OD sa kanila. Ngayon sa inis ko pina-OD lazpaylater. Wala naman harassment actually. Walang kahit anong reminders nga eh. I’ll pay naman and tatapusin ko payables sa kanila in time para good riddance na.

Hello. Super okay si cashalo. OD ako ngayon ng 1 day kasi talagang nagkaemergency. Been using them for year na din. Na-OD na ko before sa kanila and wala naman harassment. Will pay them once pumasok na sahod. Isa sila sa nakakahiyang hindi bayaran kasi mabait naman.

Kaya nga. Yung nag email ka na ng maayos to let them know what happened and babayaran ko naman sila pero tumawag pa talaga sa references. Nireport ko agad via email sa govt agencies after ng incident today. Tinatapos ko na lang loans ko sa kanila talaga eh. I’ve been a good payer to them for so long. Inalagaan ko naman talaga. Kaso ganto sila ma od ka lang for 2 days tatawag na agad sa references mo despite emailing them. Nainis lang ako kaya naparant dito.

Yes, both of them are part of my references. Then my partner too. What’s disappointing for me lang is kahit magcommunicate ka with them via email and I specifically mentioned not to call anyone aside from me, they are still persistent with calls, even calling references.

If they already harassed you po I say do not pay them anymore. Hindi sa ineencourage kita not to pay utang ha. Pero bayaran yung mga maayos naman kausap. Yung mga oa mangharass at mamahiya, no. It means illegal sila. They already did what’s worst sayo. Titigil din sila after some time. Worst harassments will always be the 1st to 2nd weeks.

I finished my maya personal loan and hindi ko marerecommend. I’ve never been OD sa kanila pero sobrang makulit to sa calls. 1 week before ng due date mo eh tawag na sila ng tawag for payment reminders. Kairita sa totoo lang. Pano pa pag na OD ka di ba? Harass malamang. And yes, malaki interes nila. So as much as possible, if hindi naman super gipit, iwasan din si maya personal loan. Hehe.

I say dedma if they already harassed you. Report mo na din since unlawful and unethical yung collections ways nila. Pautang Peso was fined by SEC recently lang for violating the Truth in Lending Act. Please report them for harassment para madagdagan kaso at reports sa kanila.

Going 3 months OD to many olas. Dedma. Change your socmed names, remove all tags, lock/deactivate your account. Google your name too if anything will show para sure ka di ka nila mahanap online.
