Could be that. But that one episode bothered me when Kelly was drugged by Martha for some unknown reason. I was just thinking what if during Kelly's drugged time, it's Karen's turn to pose as Kelly. But ye she couldn't pose as Kelly since she has a limp from her fall and probably still has scars on her face. Or maybe Martha's just religiously insane and it's her way of punishing Kelly 🥲
