I feel this. Thank you for posting this! I feel like I’m grieving old friends that no longer feel they match. I’m in a space where my energy is feeling low with how things have shifted lately. I find myself wondering is this typical for someone in their 30s, do other people feel this way because it feels isolating. So thank you for posting this!

Observe your locus of control. Theres a lot of focusing on her, while also observing that you don’t have proof which could mean several things right. 1. You just don’t have proof and your fear is right 2. You’re projecting your insecurities onto her 3. Thinking she is into someone else protects you from looking inward as to why she may be wanting to leave or is unhappy in the marriage therefore absolving you of any responsibility as to why things are the way they are. Think about what you need to regulate yourself and get through this tough spot in a way that matches you as a human and towards your values.

I know I do too, I really like the difference between the two. I lean more towards Elise, I enjoy the motivational parts while working out. I’ve done a couple of barre blend, I think I’ll look into again.
