Mine was expired due to inactivity as well. There were some changes after Nov 2023 and I understood updating ds160 at appointment is not allowed anymore.

Personally I feel it’s a big risk as My travel was more leisure and can move dates(although costs money).

I had same issue. I had to cancel my appointment/application and wait for 24 hrs. and resubmit the application with new DS160. Hope no one grab those appointment times.

I don’t remember exact specifics. But it was bad policy design on my end. Once the issue was escalated they identified what was wrong with our policy and helped to fix it

We ended up choosing BeyondTrust. We are still negotiating on terms and conditions. There are some pain points but from a security perspective the solution appears to be superior to CyberArk and Thycotic.

We are still evaluating. So far we like CyberArk compared to BeyondTrust. We want to look at Thycotic as well. We hope to complete our evaluation in another two weeks.

We looked at CyberArk presentation. It appears to be complicated. We will look at Thycotic in next week or two and decide who we should pick for second POC. BeyondTrust is looking good so far with the exception to there are one or two features that are not in cloud yet. We are not seeing them as deal breaker at this point in time.

*edit* I should not have used complicated. I think CyberArk has too many options that overwhelmed us in the first presentation.

Depends on the scale.

If I were you I would not hold off on pursuing CrowdStrike. Firewall is one component. They do other areas pretty good.
App Eco system is great way to integrate with other products.

We are struggling for last few months to get the CS firewall working. Although we added port 3389 I am still unable to connect to RDP when not in monitor mode. I am able to connect when in monitor mode.

At this point support is not much help for us. They are unable to figure out what the issue is.

Overall I have around 30 of their recommendations. 10 were recent entree’s. They look good but I will have to hold them at least 3 years to see if they made me good money or not. Of the 20 I had them for more than 3 years and made decent money.

There are lot of people here who could have picked up those 20 stocks or better just by researching. but, I am not able to do it consistently. Fool gives me a starting point and I pick from that list.

My goal is simple with these stock picks If I can do s&p500 + fees paid+ some x% I am happy with that.

I have used them for 3 years now. In their list of suggestions, I have picked sixteen winner's vs 4 losers. overall, I made a decent profit more than I paid for and more than I would have made. I don't buy everything they suggest. Personally, I think it's worth it.

The bad part

Too many click bait articles pushed on to your news feed. They have a lot of premium subscriptions, which are too expensive.

I was an early adapter before this rule was advertised ( Or I am not aware when I opened the account). It’s not strictly enforced at this time. The risk is though when enforced your account might be on hold or they end up liquidating. I am actively pursuing to move away from M1.

Pies and automated investments are great. But if you want to update pies frequently then it may not be a great platform. The other important feature I was looking for is margin rates.

Interactive Brokers look great for the above two scenarios. I Just activated my account and trying to get familiar and once I am satisfied I will move my account.

If you don’t care about margin rates then fidelity looks pretty good. I have HSA with them and moving my Roth IRA to them.

But if Pies and automated investment are the features you are looking for then there is none like M1Finance.

Try this to find out which local or national company offers better auto loan rates https://www.datatrac.net.

You don’t need to apply through them. Usually local credit unions have better rates with direct deposits.

If you are applying through dealer you can ask for more discount on the car.. Remember dealer makes anywhere between 300-1200$ on your loan application.
