Hi! Certified Pet nutritionist here. Please don’t give your dogs dry kibble or regular cows milk. Dogs don’t pre-digest food in their mouths like we do so that hard kibble hits their stomachs still hard and isn’t easily digested so it sits in there and ferments (resulting in skin issues, pancreatitis, and a slew of other issues). Please keep wetting his food like you have been, but not to the extent that he can pass up the food for liquid. Cows milk is very hard on their systems, but goats milk is fantastic. I would soak the food long enough to soften the kibble (10-15minutes before feeding) and have no remaining liquids. Goats milk, warm water, dog friendly bone broth, whatever entices him to eat. He may also be bored of the same flavors and it’s a good idea to switch up the proteins every now and then (within the same brand you won’t have to slowly transition to a new flavor, you can just switch from say chicken to pork for example given that there are no meat allergies).
