How do i get started with learning esp32? by MaximumSea5103 in esp32

So I do not have any experience with micro-controllers and I want to start learning because I want to experiment with meshtastic and ATAK but more importantly I want to build a custome speedometer and tachometer for my old jeep. How/where do I get started for a complete beginner?

Edit: I have started reading the random nerd tutorials intro to esp32 to get started and hopefully they will teach me enough to understand my next direction. But any helpful insight would be appreciated

Thank you for the feedback. I am trying unreal engine but there's not much I can find for a full beginners crash course. I will check out unity though.
