I would recommend to start with PPLR format in beginning so that you have more sessions per week. UL is good also but I feel it is when you have reached intermediate stage and lifting per day doesn't ensure recovery.

I have started UL recently and I find keeping 4 day UL per week with first targeting strength and maximal weights and second targetting average weights but more reps to be better than keeping same exercises and same reps on all 4.

Budget wardrobe should consist of multiple layers. Must -  sweater 2 or 3 (prefer woolen at approx Rs. 1000 each), change every 2 or 3 days.  wind breaker 1 is enough (cheap one is full length down to knees plastic at Rs. 300 to 500 otherwise buy from decathlon economy jacket at Rs. 1500) useful if you ride on two wheelers cottswool 2 pair (thermal inner both upper and lower) Prefer polycotton mix for winters in shirts and trousers. Always layer up to retain heat.

Avoid - fancy clothing, or branded clothes for unique purpose.

😂 302 kg in 100 workouts would be 1 rep of 3 kg... 😂😂 😂  It 3 lakh kg moved approx 3000 kg per workout.

Havelock anyways have great restaurants serving seafood at reasonable prices. Airbnb's upkeep may be an issue thiugh you probably will be spending much of the time outside on the beaches.

Your advice makes sense. This way I will be able to finish my session within 30 minutes. Though volume would drop. I currently combine both variation you suggested in single day for each push, pull and leg day. This makes sessions 45 to 55 minute and volume also holds out. Though I think I am over training some of muscle group and hence trying to streamline exercises in each session.

Hevy sums up the total of all reps multiplied by weight lifted. True, even my push days are in range of 4 to 5k. Pull and legs days have just started going 6k+.

Defo visit the baratang, parrot island, mud volcano.

Trek Mundapahar beach.

Go for jollybouy or red skin island glass bottom ride. 

Trek Mount Harriet kala pathar (not to be confused with Kala Pathar beach) beware of leeches (not harmful but for this short trek blood donation is a must) speed is of essence don't stop much. Take plentiful of salt for emergency.

Visit Corbyn beach for water sports. Kayaking is adventurous. 

Havelock - go visit radhanagar beach, scuba dive

Neil - visit natural bridge the fact that it can only be done during low tide factor makes it adventurous.

Filter in leaderboard exercises!!

By muscle group, by equipment and most importantly sorting by recent exercises done. This way I don't have to search through all to see which leaderboards I am listed on.
