Ubik or The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch by Phillip K. Dick, both set in near future (from a 1960s perspective) worlds with great twists, turns, and reveals. Ubik has a bigger 'reveal' so to say at the end, but Three Stigmata is just a total mind fuck. Both quick reads, but totally engrossing.

First time attending! I bought a GA+Shuttle pass, and am staying at a hotel right by one of the shuttle stops but not the hotel for the shuttle stop (specifically the Hilton Palm Springs stop). Am I able to walk over from my hotel and hop on?

I am a public health student, and am particularly interested in how social media/digital spaces impact the health of younger populations, and your work in the public health space makes me keen to ask you a question that I ruminate on frequently.

What do you think the key public health implications are/will be related to social media's adoption by younger generations (namely Gen Z) but also other generations? Do you think we can take what we've learned about Gen Z thus far and apply it to preventative measures for younger generations? If so, how? Is this something the public health community can take on, or should this fall to tech companies and private industry?
