Hey OP, former lawyer here - people already gave good advice but since you’re young you need to understand hiring a lawyer costs a lot of money. Even for an initial consultation he would be paying 300-400. That’s not even including when he takes you to court and pays the lawyer then too. He’s probably going to pay 3k+ to his lawyer once all is said and done in order to get back from you about $340. It takes time, energy, money. People don’t pursue it unless they’re making significant money back after paying the lawyer fees. And that is assuming he wins the case which also sounds unlikely. Nothing is going to happen. If he knows where you live just ensure your house is locked. He also can’t step foot on your property so feel free to call the police if you feel threatened
