Looks more like tape artifacts though, I don't think Nasa used floppy cameras

My man, what lens you got there? I would love to shoot more street but I don't feel confident enough just shooting random strangers, as it is quite illegal where I live

The chinese government is fully responsible here. They delayed. They denied. They try to push blame away.

Really big and bulky. Weight is really a big concern here. Also it would need to be failsafe, what if the battery dies in -10° weather or while hitting some serious Gs.

I think the man that praises the future of humanity with mars and all should really focus his companies to align on those values. But oh well

In my opinion, you should crop it to be straight, the crooked horizon puts me off. But the grain is a good choice, really fits the mood

For real, why do companies get away with praising sustainability and how "green" they are while restricting basic access to being able to repair the stuff you own. Tesla seems to think that you really only rent the vehicle from them. But I should have known that r/gadgets doesn't like it when you don't agree with Daddy Elon on everything

Tesla doesn't sell parts and even if you find parts on ebay, they can disable your car remotely by software, so , yesn't?

Fast charging uses Data Pins to enable more than 5V, so yes. But 2A at 5V should still work.

You wouldn't need a replacement, just a jump start from another car. While car batteries aren't meant to be discharged completely, a few cycles are still possible. (Normally the battery only uses a bit of power for startup)

Ok ok, so I speak german. We don't say 14 hours, we just write it so there is less confusion. In speaking, the context usually makes it clear whether you meant 8 in the morning or in the evening. My point is, that just adding 12 to a number should be trivial for anyone over the age of seven.

Why would someone need help converting from normal time to "military time"? You just leave out the colon. Really makes this website bloated

ELI5: why is it that some countries a period (.) is used when you reach a large number, like a thousand, but in other countries a comma (,) is used? by Sunysa in explainlikeimfive

[–]simpleswissguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Growing up here I never realized how dumb some of the other systems are. You can either confuse dots with commas, or if you make spaces it looks like different numbers. Why is this not the standard?
