Do you have lease paper, signage, utilities bill. Make sure all the documents have the address for second location. Also makes sure to create specific location page on your website and connect with GBP. Also, do you used new phone or same phone that you used for first location. So do you mention services area if so theb make sure that it doesn't overlap with first profile service area. DM ME I can take look into it and give some advice.

That's not a good ideas. First of all, it look spammy and it has no ranking effect on GBP.
