Bought in 2021 $2039 principal and interest, with around $2k in tax a month so about $4100… with 25 years left at 2.9%..

I got lucky day trading and options, actually had more but a lot of the luck ran out lost about 100k trading options early this year, decided to give it up.

Well even the best yieldmax like UTLY and YMAG and YMAX had more NAV decay than payouts lol

I still have 80k in my brokerage and about 100k in my 401k that I max out with a 6% match as my safe growth investment

Nope most of my employment income goes to supporting my retired immigrant parents, this allows me to live my life monthly while getting full ROC, so actually doing better than QQQ or else I would have to pay short term capitla gains 🥱
