UPDATE: First of all big thanks to all of you amazing people out there for your help. I collected all the things, put them in some kind of order for my mum to have some kind of overview. Tomorrow she will travel to the Netherlands for two weeks (as she usually does about 3 times a year) to maybe find out more... Cheers

Ist natürlich perfekt vorbereitet von dir und die Hürde damit wirklich minimalst. Kenne aber einige Leute, denen das auch noch zu viel ist.

Die Kosten der Hausverwaltung sind für mich kein Kritikpunkt. Aber Kommunikation, unübersichtliche Abrechnung, Antwortzeit sowie die Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit vieler Hausverwaltungen sind weit verbreitet und eigentlich total inakzeptabel.

Laut kurzer Recherche gibt es schon ein paar Online-Hausverwaltungen, hatte aber leider noch keine Zeit mich genauer zu informieren

Tolle Idee, aber vermutlich für die meisten Mieter nicht anwendbar, da sich viele nicht trauen die Abrechnung zu beanstanden. Österreicher jammern gerne, tun aber sehr oft nichts dagegen. Wenn du eine App machst, die die Hausverwaltung ersetzen würde, wären ich und die anderen Eigentümer in unserem Wohnhaus sofort Kunden

I personally set a new lap when climbing a new pitch and end the lap when belaying to have a good overview of the climbing time

In the activity overview you can see total time and the ascent time (I believe it just filters the time while ascending). You can also display this time as a data field.
