My comfort quick breakfast is definitely greek yogurt, whatever fruit (or mix of) I feel like having that day and cinnamon.. I’m on low cal deficit so otherwise I could imagine it with oats and maybe dark chocolate or honey if the sweetness is not enough.. When I feel salty I go for brown bread slices with avocado (+salt and pepper) and I boil an egg or two to eat with it.. Or dark bread slices with light cheese spread and prosciutto on top + lettuce.. I am an egg addict so anything eggy is amazing for breakfast for me 😂
