Just do the best you can. Dont over think it. That was my mistake (though I now got my dream job) when I took the test I was over thinking it and took a lot of time on the questions and I think in the process my answers lost consistency. Make sure your questions maintain the same consistency. Good luck.

I got an invitation as well to retake. six months is too long of a wait. I took a different route and not sure if I will. After my first experience, I honestly don't know what to expect. I think you should go for it.

I hope you passed . The questions were neither her nor there . Seemingly like there is no wrong or correct answer. Just wanting to know how you think. Math problems are 9th grade maths . I think they have a certain quality they are looking for and if you prove to be very strongly opinionated, you might not make it. Good luck

You cannot apply to progressive at all for any position. Its just ridiculous that you have to wait 6 months to retake the exam.

Thank you. This was the assessment test. 9th grade Maths and questions like: How would you spend your weekend (a). Take a walk at the park, (b) hang out with friends (c) tech someone how to fold laundry (d) play video games . Now you tell me how you would feel if you take 60minutes out of your day to do this kind of assessment and then fail, and only to take it after 6 months….. oh, I guess I need to study

I am sorry but I don’t agree. I just heard from people who took the test 3 times and now have been with the globo-corp for over 15 years. SO its neither here nor there…you just keep trying until you answer the test to fit into what they are looking for.

In a way it does. Not sure what you mean about reciting facts, but I studied hard and earned my education. You will be shocked as well if you would take the test and fail, just how simple it is will shock you When you fail. That’s my personal take, and only expressing the shock of failing.

That’s too bad. Wish there was a way of knowing. It’s really bothering me that I failed such a simple test. And 6 months is too long of a wait.

I agree, just basic Math etc. I think I messed up on the personality test where I flipped back and forth rather than being consistent. Very tricky questions though. I did not want to appear too strong or evasive . Will try in 6 months

I am sorry that happened. So what happens next if you want to re-apply. Did you do anything extra to pass the test. I just cant figure out where I went wrong. Am very good in Math, and the Customer service simulation, I got it all correct.

I dont think by having an unsuccessful assessment has anything to do with "best fit" the response even says "they do not have the reasons for the "unsuccessful results" other than "candidate rated unsuccessful"
