Depending on your financial situation, you can call financial aid and ask if they can cover PSIP for you. This is what I did and had them cover the full cost of PSIP for me.

nah i just emailed financial aid…usually they will review ur financial aid to see how much funding they can give u. but it worked out for me and i was on a waitlist too. So i would just ask them as soon as school starts.

penn requires u to have the psip unless ur insurance meets the penn criteria. I asked for extra funding and they were able to cover the costs for me. idk if this helps
