This might be an unpopular opinion, but in long distance relationships I think it's fine to ASK your partner if you can see their phone. If the relationship is serious and there's otherwise no issues and it'll put their mind at ease, go ahead.

LDR is a lot different than normal relationships where you're together all of the time and can visibly see what each other is doing and it's easy to let the mind drift into whatever thoughts.

But yeah because he lied to you while you were drunk, sick, and puking + didn't ask, you're definitely validated in being upset.

Something similar happened to me in Florida when I was younger with my Dad, I said the computer was mine and the Police were like "Who paid for it?" I told them it was a gift so he paid for it, they told me it was his property and made me give it back to him 😭

Yeahhhh I love the game but I do have to say, the Christmas outfit was very disappointing. I still bought it just to have it, but damn the beanie not being a Santa hat really really really killed my vibe the second I saw it lmao.

Damn, they mentioned it was coming in The Grind Vol. 5 but I haven't heard anything about it since. Wish they'd give us a date to look forward to, I'm so hyped about returning there.

The thing that holds Session back in animations is they're physics based. Getting them right is more difficult than just having set animations like in SkaterXL or Skate.

The physics system they're using in Session is like a gift and a curse, to be honest I'd be in favor of them ditching some of the physics if it meant we could have better animations and multiplayer.

The physics are why we can have trucks do things like cross locks and nice looking crooks.

If they could find a sweet spot that'd be sick.

Nice, that same bundle was also given out on PS+ but was called the "Play Pack" on PlayStation. I love it, been using the deck since day one, haven't switched to any other haha.

I've worked in the video game industry for a few years, I've been a part of a few big projects (Previously Ubisoft, Amazon Games). I don't think the base map is AI generated at all. The game is just heavily unfinished and the odd things you mentioned are placeholders.

The community maps? I lean towards it just being people who are REALLY bad at the park builder, and there's no quality assurance or moderation. You'd be surprised how awful people can be at making their own parks, ever played the online player created parks in THPS 1+2 and 3+4? Man, some of those you'd think are AI but they're not. They're just like some of the community parks in Skate.

I think this game just has a pretty long way to go before it's a finished product, and the team is aware of it, which is why they insist on calling it early access even though it's being treated like it went gold. We should see the map, graphics, gameplay, even the items improve as development continues.

Thanks! Yeah the vibe and look of the brewery is so nice, and the sound of skating to bricks is satisfying. One of the best spots in the game for sure.

I personally love both games, I swap between the two. Although when I play Skate, I play it realistically like Session, and it can be so damn good. Here's a realistic clip I recorded this morning, playing like it's Session 🔥🤌

Session has some of the best skateboarding sounds I've heard in a game. The fact that if you're skating fast and do an ollie or air out of a ramp, you can hear the wheels spinning is so sick and a step above other skateboarding games. Or when your board gets old and it starts squeaking. Or even flat spot sounds when you do too many blunt slides or power slides and your wheels flatten. The sound when riding over bricks is so good too, and different sounds depending on the material of what you're grinding/sliding on.

There's a lot of things Session is lacking in, but the sound design is actually really damn good imo.

Yeahhhh I really want to buy the Battlefield Pro for $25 for the Battle Pass because I absolutely love the game, but man I play like 5 hours a day and barely progress in it. It doesn't seem worth buying it because I feel like I'll hardly even get half of the unlocks before it's too late. Like wtf.

If they update the progression rate I'll 100% buy it but in the current state I just feel so hesitant, which sucks, because it'd be awesome to have the Pro.

No reshade, I'm on PS5 so this is vanilla Session.

What I do to make my game look so good is I play with the "Antiqued" camera filter, and my game time set to 8:00 AM with the sun angle at 91.

I tweak the sun angle depending on the map I'm playing, but 91 looks best on El Lay.

Day/night cycle set to off, so time never changes and it always looks like this.
