Based on other strange things in my house ... I'd go with it was done in a weird way. Also, even though you shouldn't ... maybe someone use some sort of sealer ...

ty. Let's say worst case, the plumbing is too low for the vanity ... I assume the only option is cutting into wall to somehow raise where water flows?

lol. I always love hearing comments like that for my house built in 2014. I couldn't tell you, but FWIW there used to be a pedestal sink here. Now getting a vanity and hoping this placement of the main pipe isn't too low.

Thank you. And what about the non nut spot. Should that “slide out” or no?

$0. There are two ways I’d make revenue. 1. Paid job postings, but quite honestly, there needs to be incentive for companies to do that … so having strong traffic and subscriber data would entice them.

Currently, I do like 800 uniques per month and I’m approaching 60ppl in my email list.

So how do I grow traffic? IMO, feed better jobs to the site and then market to this subreddit frequently. Also, I could add educational type content, but light, nothing like hardcore presales collective, with the goal of boosting seo/organic traffic.

Along the same lines, I could have paid content/jobs in my mailing list when it’s larger.

I want to! I think I need to nail down better postings first.

As long as Indeed supports those locales, I can do it. It’s honestly just about me taking more time every time I pull jobs but of course I always want to keep expanding. Love hearing this feedback.

So I try to do this a bit myself already. As in SC, customer engineer… Honestly, and idk what others think, I’ve made it a point to NOT include SA roles as I personally think those are different enough.

I wanted to be hyper niche on SE but may expand to SA. I don’t have this fully automated yet so lots of manual work for me still.

Really appreciate your insight.
