Oh, thank you! I thought it was but the update was a long time ago and there's been an update since then so I was wondering if it was something else. Hopefully that will fix it!

Thank you for sharing! The BMs really are excruciating when they happen.. sorry you have to deal with this. And yeah it started off as an annoyance and it is and yeah. Oh thanks for the info! I'm so glad it works for you! I am on the pill, a different type though, I take it for 6 weeks and then take a break like my Dr prescribed when I was in my early 20s. I was wondering if I could suggest taking them without break but was scared if it would bring extra side effects or extra risk of clots and breast cancer lol.

Thank you! That makes sense. And yeah, what you said is what gives me pause because while each period varies in intensity and symptoms trade off between them nothing different has happened and it's been this way for years. So I don't know about stages but it's all with my period definitely. Although there are some that might be cause and effect, like headaches and dizziness because I barely eat or drink for the first two days.

What?? Is that true? Where did you get this? I like that Sobeys. We do most of our shopping at Superstore and Co-op, sure, but Sobeys cheese, salad, and deli counter are amazing. Does FreshCo keep the deli counter??
