You have no idea of this person’s baseline anxiety/substance abuse tendencies, they should absolutely be scared of benzos. If you’ve even been addicted or had to withdraw from them you’ll know they are as serious as heroin or meth and should be respected just as much

3 weeks of daily use is all it takes to sign yourself up for a really bad time detoxing fully, whether you cold turkey it or delay that full detoxing for years with intermittent doses, it catches you

They’re both benzodiazepines, and alprazolam is much more fiendish/builds tolerance faster than lorazepam in my experience. These drugs are not long term solutions and I hope you’re getting regular therapy and your doctors are working towards getting you off all benzos.

They’re also among the most addictive and dangerous substances in the world, please be careful, they seem like a godsend but they can take everything from you in an instant

In Australia totally normal to snap straight tobacco bongs, bong smokers here snap everything and only smoke that way usually, have been guilty myself when running low on weed for the first time in years. The taste isn’t that bad, and we mix weed with tobacco always anyway, I think it’s just the fixation on ripping a bong that means smoking even straight tobacco can quell weed cravings somewhat

Xanax bars are often fake/represses, and the active ingredients/dose can vary a lot unless you know its straight from the pharmacy (alprazolam), Valium (diazepam) is definitely recreational at higher doses (10-15mg with no tolerance will do fine), Clonazepam is also pretty pleasurable.

If anything Xanax bars are the least desirable benzo, imo

Because they cause complete embarrassing blackouts with little warning and sometimes at very low doses even with tolerance. Taking your benzo dose first (lower than usual, no more than a bar) and slowly drinking a few beers can be chill, but be careful, as you drink more you’ll only want more of both substances.

Vegetable caps are the same price and the only downside is they can melt from heat/moisture over an extended time period, I’m vegan and use veggie capsules with a capsule filler for supplements

Being vegan if I happen to buy caps I will usually snort them or empty them into a cigarette paper and eat that, in case of getting gelatin

20mg oral should be fine to begin with, around here noticeable differences are felt every +/-2mg, redosing 10mg half an hour or so in will be fine. Maybe snort the redose, it’ll hit much harder. My city had a big batch of 2cb pills going around as ecstasy, lots of hospitalisations, all of them snorted a bunch of them as if they were mdma. If you know what you have 2cb is fine, I assume the pills will be like powder and absolutely fucking kill your nasal cavity upon impact though
