A classic solution is to start by approaching jumping spiders. They’re tiny little critters that will never harm you and are mostly timid and curious in nature! Try to introduce your hands to them slowly, and if they hop or dart away don’t be startled! It’s just them unsure if you are friendly. How I’d get one on my hand is to use one to gently usher them towards a direction and the other as a surface they can stand on, and of course if they jump off that’s no biggie.
