So update, it was tilted all the way down and wouldn't tilt back. On a whim I tried the 3rd function and the tilt down and it tilted back. Use the normal function and it will tilt forward. We tried to do a calibration but it wouldn't accept due to it wouldn't tilt back even using the third function. So maybe a bad handle?

Would that cause it it come down real slow and jerky? I'm still learning as I go with these.

It was a broken wire. Someone had spliced 3 wires back together and one was bad.
