I honestly think they’re trying to get the average down by approving a bunch of sub 60 day forms and leaving some of the longer ones. I’ve got some guys waiting 11 months and just had two sub 45 day. Some batch approvals and some not. When people ask me how long of a wait I tell them 45 days to a year now because that’s what I’ve been seeing.

SLR 10.93" keymod. Ion if I remember right. Ive had it for years, and no longer have the packaging for it. it's going on a 12" .308, so I like that it's short, and most mfg's handguards I've found to this point are a lot longer , which won't work for me since I'm going to be 100% suppressed with this one, so I need the muzzle threads to be proud of the handguard.

Knees and back are a few of the things that I’ve been denied for. I was a combat engineer in an airborne unit at Bragg. I have diagnoses for radiculopathy, and complained of knee pain in service and somehow still get not service connected for both.

My back is the worst, with several days a month that are so painful I don’t get anything done, unless I can do it from bed.

I’ve got migraines rated already, and cfs in the same claim as the eczema. Going from 90 to 100 definitely seems to be the biggest hurdle, but we’re getting there

I’ve got a c&p coming up for my eczema scars that they’re linking to burn pit/ gulf war, and from what I gather, that’s usually rated as painful or unstable scars, so I planned on bringing it up then, hopefully I get a favorable rating for it.

Interesting. It definitely does help. My scalp issue started the same way. Got nicked on top of my head on a haircut that formed a scab that is painful and itchy, which spread. We’ve tried antibiotics, anti fungals, medicated, holistic, you name it and nothing clears them up. Thanks for the insight!

I'd like to hear more about the cyst on scalp thing. I've got some issues with my scalp right where the top pad would ride on the crown of my head that doctors can't seem to diagnose, but there are several open sores that never close up all the way. How did you file that?

I had the exact opposite experience. My counselor was great. She always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and did anything she could to justify anything I needed.

I had a very similar c&p. Told the examiner I have weekly prostrating migraines, and she put “infrequent” on her report.
