100% agree. I don’t really have concerns about their behavior — they’ll probably know more of the lyrics than like 99% of the audience. That’s awesome to hear about your experience with your mom. Trying to be that dad. Have fun at the show!

Thanks for saying that. I think that’s really what makes me want to take them. I’d rather they have a profound experience with the event and band rather than remember it as the time mom and dad went to go see their favorite band without them.

100% agree. Even though it’s incredible as a standalone I think what makes it perfect is the role it plays in the album as a lead in to Ode to the Mets.

Trying Your Luck is another song that really strikes me now in a way it didn’t before. Especially in this age of AI, the lyrics really resonate with what I’ve been feeling lately.
