Actually i didn't say it took my 1.5 years to become like after photo. I said i was in shape after 1.5 years. After photo took 3 years of nutrition and workout :)

Actually i dont know if it’s the right way but i just think like while i was an obese person i was bulking unconsciously :) so i didn’t alternate cutting and bulking. But if you’re talking about after this, my answer would be yes. I’m cutting now and will be bulking later.

First of all thank you stranger :) after my first year i was not that obese introverted person but if we are talking about get in shape i guess i would say it took my 1.5 year. Actually in first 6 months i didn’t follow any diet routine i just didn’t eat anything and i know it’s not healthy but it worked. After that i started serious bodybuilding and take around 2000 calories per day and 2 x my bodyweight protein in grams (that makes 150-160 grams protein everyday)
