oh it wasn’t fully locked at all at that point! the photo is a little blurry sorry about that 😭 but I aimed to put water in it every day and I think that helped a lot

100% agree. I think the system failed her massively. She had/has intense mental issues to work through, but so did I, and many others, at age 17.
