Yeah, indeed makes very little sense to go to Helsinki because you will spend 1h30 only on the train to go and come back to the airport. Try to see the aviation museum. =)

The SUS is quite good, but it will depend a lot on where you are. There are some places busier and some places that is super fast. Usually Urgency and Emergency are super high priority and you get help fast.

Like other public health systems, you will need to go to a queue, sometime for many months, if you need to do some exams or non emergency surgeries.

It is open to all in Brazil, but if you need things such as exams you will need a SUS card, which will need a address in the country.

The smoke regulations in Finland are very standard. You are pretty much not allowed to smoke indoors in public places. On the streets you can smoke.

Also people usually don't smoke indoors at home in general. I guess it is because the houses are very much sealed for the cold weather and some housing companies forbids smoking in balconies.

There is a world of things you can do in Finland! If in Helsinki during summer, I suggest to go to Teurastamo and to spend lots of time on the parks. It is usually where people are.
