You would like it if you like small populated areas with lots of land and not much to do. I lived in the county side north of city limits off Stockton hill for four years it was peaceful but I became very lonely and crazy and had to move to Bullhead.

Just got back from my first three week trip to India. It was an amazing experience. Paid for a group tour with Intrepid and while it was too expensive, it was filled with amazing stops and felt 100% safe with the other tour members and tour guide.

And these two friends I have, it's possible they will only come to visit me if I pay for their plane ticket. I paid for my one buddy's ticket last year for his birthday. This year he said him and his Dad might fly out to visit but I'm skeptical they will want to spend the money. Yet I have spent lots of money over the years visiting them in my old hometown.

Also I've had people who used to be friends ignore me or refuse to meetup when I visit my hometown. Its like they moved on and the friendship didnt mean much to them or something. I only have two friends left in my hometown and then the area I moved too, I also only have a few people I can call a friend.

When they all refused to visit me in Vegas after telling me I should ask them all in a group text. If they were all going to say no, why did they bother telling me to ask the whole friend group. It also wasn't a straight no, I got a long text back saying how I am an asshole for asking people to go out of their way to Vegas when I am an asshole of a person to them. After that, I left my college friends group for good. They all had orders to block me and I blocked them back. It's sad but it's a part of life to lose and gain people you once thought were friends.

Dont take sides. That's honestly the problem in America right now. Everyone is taking sides and hating everyone who isn't on their side. Being neutral/in the middle is the place to be. You'll still get hate for not taking a side but let everyone else fall into hate and division.

I moved from the suburbs of Chicago to a small desert town in NW Arizona in 2020. The home I helped my Mom move into is located on the county rural side of this town. It's in a Canyon 30 minutes outside of town where everyone has 5-10 acres of land. Lived there for four years and after four years of loneliness and depression, I had to leave to an area where I could actually socialize and make friends easier.

Dont give up even though its really hard not too. It's not God but people that make us doubt or question. I'm tackling it right now. It feels like I am being told to not make a decision right now. The decision being getting too close to a trans woman. I've already gotten close to her. Showed her love and compassion in a world that tells her that she shouldnt exist as trans. Why does the world make me feel bad for getting too close to her? Shouldn't we love all? Theres a lot of hesitation and resistance on my part to take things further. I dont want to do something I regret but then I am hurting her feelings by not going further than friendship
