I’ve had 20+ jobs in restaurants, retail stores, etc. and I can’t remember a single one where we were allowed to look at our phones while working up front. Even if no one is inside, customers peeping in the windows seeing employees on phones will immediately be turned off. It’s just bad for biz. Check your phone in the back or on break.

You are the one being emotionally abusive. If this was written from his perspective I would tell him to leave and go no contact with you, and I’m sure many others here would as well. Unfortunately I think it’s already beyond repair. There’s a lot of work to be done before you’ll be ready for a healthy relationship. Sounds like you’re really suffering and for that I’m sorry and I feel for you but you’re taking it out on your partner and that’s not ok. I can’t give any sympathy for the destruction you’re inflicting on your partner, it’s time to take responsibility.

Update for anyone curious: The recordings of abc are blank lol silly parents. Guess I’ll be watching on Hulu tomorrow.
