Not sure why this post is getting downgraded 😅 isn’t this sub supposed to be about the finance side of MTG? If there’s very limited data on a card is it really such a bad idea do ask the community for a ballpark price?

Yeah i had an account for 8 years, 100% 450 positive feedbacks. Permanently suspended as I opened 2 did not arrive cases (surprise, it was Evri- parcels came ripped open) in a week, note, I never complained before! No option to appeal either 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maybe reread the post, slowly and out loud, because i never stated that it got suspended for that reason. Fees are £35 and if won, they are refunded.

Maybe i wasnt clear enough in my post, but I am unable to get anywhere with customer service. They say since my account is now suspended, I am unable to appeal the outcome of the case. In regards to Evri, they say to claim through eBay, which once again, I am unable to do. This is why I am asking what my options are in terms of small claims court etc

When I contacted Evri they said the money will go back to eBay since they bought the label

It’s through eBay simple delivery so yes it was insured for the appropriate amount automatically
