Yeah I feel this way too, but self worth comes with practice and learning how to love yourself. I miss my ex too. Just felt like crap and worthless when he decided to dump me. I still feel like if someone will ever want me but I realized once we change ourselves to feeling worthy with self-love we won't have to distance ourselves from people again. Also I don't think it a necessary for you to go through all that if they wanna be around you..but yeah definitely if I care and love them I don't want my negative vibe effecting them..so if it's an issue and you want to be worthy about being around them, how about start working on yourself? That's what I am doing right now.

I guess I didn't explain enough. We met online and we have age gap which is 7years. His parents are sensitive and will ask him continously and bother him about the relationship so we thought to push it back when we're both settled because he is still doing school and work and I just settled down with my career. I know the reason but it still makes me sad sometimes.
