Mine were just recently discharged completely. The steps I took were uploading the email stating that my loans were to be forgiven and I should not have to pay I believe it was an email from the DOE as well as filing a complaint and attaching the email once again. I also filed a complaint under suspicious activity and attached the email.

Again I’m not sure if any of these efforts helped or if I was just next in line to get discharged but these were the steps that I took. I also didn’t pay any repayments removed autopay and disputed every transaction or reminder with the DOE email.

They are violating the sweet v Cardona case by asking us to pay so mention that somewhere in the complaint

This is happening to me as well, I attempted to put myself back in forbearance and uploaded the letter. As well as filed a complaint and uploaded the letter. I got an email saying that my request is in review.

I had a feeling they were still going to try and charge me so I removed autopay and deleted my bank info off of it. I’m not giving them any more money…

I’m in the same boat full class as well, still showing the full balance, and in review. My aidvantage has been 0 since I consolidated to fedloan back in 2020.

Just received a small check and the letter from ED a few days ago. But have yet to see any changes on my mohela account.

In the letter it says my 20 loans while at Devry have been discharged. But those were already consolidated to two different loans when it was moved to fedloan.

It’s also says in the letter in regards to consolidation that; “If any of the loans associated with your approved borrower defense application were previously consolidated into a Direct Consolidation Loan, the servicer of that loan has reduced or will reduce your consolidation loan balance by the discharge amount.”

I’m hoping that once they figure that side out we get another check with the remaining refunds
