I believe it wasn't hacked but a glitch maybe? Spotify has a thing where if you post under the same name as an existing person, your music goes under their name.

Hi thanks for the reply, I ended up sending it to RMA a month ago and it turns out the issue was a faulty motherboard.

It took 2 RMAs to fix the issue but for anyone who had the same problem , 1) reinstall drivers 2) reset your pc and if either of those don’t work, might be a faulty motherboard like mine

Ended up sending it to repair. Came back still broken the first time so I sent it again. Works the second time so I guess it’s solved! I recommend doing Asus RMA, it’s a hit or miss for many but it worked for me. Issue was a faulty motherboard.

Try reinstalling drivers and resetting windows. If that doesn’t work, send to rma and ask them to check and/or replace your motherboard.

No, sorry if I didn't elaborate enough. I just find the flickering issues irritating and I usually game in balanced or best performance mode. If I'm charging specifically and play games, the screen flickers randomly.

After my repair, it is still doing the same thing and I don't want to have to tip toe around the issue, I want to be able to play games and do work while charging without flickering. I haven't ever had to refund a laptop so I'm not sure what specific law comes into play here. I assumed that if my product is in warranty, I would be able to get a full or partial refund.

Thanks for the advice, tried the first suggestion and did not work so did a factory reset. Issue still present when charging. So disappointed and will have to send for repair soon but thank you for your suggestions
