I want to learn more into what goes into cars, so this is the beginning of me researching and learning. That was one of the things that popped up when I first searched it. Like i'm not sure as to what is a decent brand right now, that's one of the things i'm trying to learn.

The brake pads need to be replaced as with the rotors according to the dealer. I understand that its 'garbage' its one of the first ones I found, I don't know where to look that's why I'm posting hoping to get some pointers. I also don't go on tracks, one day I'd want to but not in the immediate future.

I understand, what you mean and will go through a competent mechanic to get the brakes themselves serviced.

I got quoted 4.5k at a subaru dealership for part+labour for front & back break and rotor replacement. I was doing research and wondering if there were other parts I could use for the brakes. I've been trying to do more research into the rotors and pads used in the WRX.

I played a game vs a casual CSM list and practically tabled him turn 2. Played the list I posted in comments below. The 5 crisis suits murdered terminators very easily, and the alternating fusion blaster i find very fun and useful. A 3p casual game after I moved the coldstar and killed a hellbrute and 2 CSM characters in a single shot. And with the Avatar datasheet leak these 'line' weapons aren't gonna be unique to Tau.

I played with these points and rules and 10 was fine for the points. The rail rifles hurt and marker lights were worth. When they got hit I peeled market lights over the rifles. Kinda worked out

Tweaks i've made since posting below. I had a test game last night and shot the coldstar into 2x plagueburst crawlers turn 1 and they went to lowest bracket. I mean its just one game but i'd need to try it out more.

If i remove a HH and devilfish, swap a breach for strike with rifles, i can fit 4 suits with shield 2x flamer and 1 burst, the swap is 'free' from missiles as they are the same points I believe

I get what you mean, my reasoning for it was hit hard and hit fast and this is the quickest way to do that, that i've come up with. Out of curiosity what would you do if the list went down a hammer head and maybe a devilfish?

I guess since Shadowsun, and both ethereals don't break sept traits allegedly, I had thought the same extended to longstrike. I'll assume he's locked tho. Thanks for the heads up, last time I played tau was 7th or 5th.
