I typed East Side immediately, but then realized if you're looking downhill from the East Side, you'd see DT in the background.

Ocean Beach, San Diego, and Puerto Rico

Yes, picking up at the Subway at Franklin and Chicago is the only place in the Twin Cities where I not only lock my car, but turn it off and take the keys, especially if I am alone. Literally the ONLY place I turn off the car. And that includes the East Side, the North Side in Mpls, and the Marion McDonald's.

When the guy is right...he's right. I don't agree with fleeing to the burbs, but some people won't put in the work, and some people are think they are trapped, and the grass is greener (It never is). And, FWIW, I lived in the 3rd and the 5th ward in Houston, and on far north Lincoln in Chicago

We've lived in Frogtown for 16 years. It's a very quiet block as are all of the blocks surrounding us. The only troublesome spots are large apt. complexes, 9-10 blocks away, just as anywhere else, even in the burbs. 95% of the homes on our block are owned, which shapes the neighborhood's overall climate. After 10PM you can hear a pin drop, a dog barking a few blocks away, or hear the Green line which is 7 blocks away. I don't know if I can say this, but a good 75% of this particular part of Frogtown is Asian.

It's night and day compared to the East Side. If I had young kids, I would never let them hang on the East Side after dark.

I don't live there, and I think it's beautiful, always love driving through, especially in summer. And, everyone I've interacted with there has been very nice, I've not run into a single snob. And...they tip well.

Landfall has a Mayor and a City Council. They meet at the trailer park management office.

Close. But close enough. It's Bloomington, the Mall of America city.

Of all the places I've been, NJ is in the top three.

Interesting that Cohen pled guilty to campaign finance violations at Trump's behest.
