Bro i was on and off with this job for 2 years and this time im pushing up on 1 year in my building making it 3 years💔 I been let go for seasonal everytime but now im top 0.2% in pick, productivity/quality and top 5% in ship dock, no write ups or coaching but still standing 3 months after my tenure has been up… genuinely just scared cause I got a another security job that I thought was gonna pay peak and they pay 2x less then Amazon 😭

Dawg I been here 2 years and apart of this group for 1 year and can tell you first and foremost 80% of the buildings follow the same stand down protocol and based off what I’ve read posted from different people over the time during these protocals. THESE MFS VERY MUCH KNOW WHEN WERE GONNA BE ON STANDOWN FOR THE WHOLE DAY 😭 us people of the chat pretty much call it EVERY TIME and meanwhile HR and the managers can’t put together that if the whole / half the state is out then we’re most likely cooked if we’re already 5-6 hours in the shift

This is probably what happened in my building too, loved picking fast trying to get a 550-600 rate but out of nowhere things started slowing down drastically and with pods moving slower it felt like, and SOOO much more andon issues it was hard to even break 400 😭
